There's So Much Happening Here...
I am Kelly Williams from KELLER WILLIAMS SELECT REALTY with another episode of WHO’S WHO IN THE 902? Today we are speaking with ASHLEY BOUCHER from REMEMBER WHEN HEALTHCARE.
ASHLEY. Please tell us about you and what made you want to start REMEMBER WHEN HEALTHCARE? Absolutely. Remember When HealthCare really began from a personal place. My husband and I started the company during the pandemic after going through our own challenges trying to find reliable, compassionate care for a loved one. We realized how many families were struggling to navigate the system and how overwhelming it could be. So we decided to create a homecare service that’s not only professional but deeply personal — one that puts dignity, choice, and empathy at the center of everything we do.
You offer a variety of services. Can you tell us what they are and describe them? A - Here’s a breakdown of what we provide: ● Homecare Services – This includes help with everyday tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and errands. We also offer personal care such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. ● Companionship – Sometimes it’s not about what needs to be done, but just having someone there. Our caregivers provide social support, conversation, and engagement to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life. ● Private Nursing – We have licensed nurses who provide in-home medical care, including medication administration, chronic disease monitoring, post-surgical care, and more. This allows clients to receive professional medical support without leaving home. ● Advanced Foot Care – This is one of our specialized services, especially important for seniors and people with diabetes. Our trained nurses provide in-home foot care, helping to prevent complications and promote overall wellness. ● Respite Care for Families – We also step in to give family caregivers a break, whether it's for a few hours or a few days. It’s a critical part of helping caregivers avoid burnout.
