B – Good morning Kelly. Yeah this is really important and I guess the key here is it’s about managing expectations. Know the expectations of the client, the expectations of the Realtor and the expectations of the seller. The client doesn’t want to go spend their time and your time to go shopping for a home only to be disappointed when they want to put an offer on a property they can’t afford. So meeting with a mortgage broker to get pre approved is very important. We go through that process, make sure that they are shopping in the right price point. I don’t want them to be disappointed and they don’t want to be disappointed. There is confidence in knowing that they are buying a home in the right price range
